MASTER YOUR MONEY
Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 9, 2026
By enrolling in Master Your Money ("Program"), purchasing the Program, or affirmatively accepting these Terms and Conditions at checkout, you agree to this Agreement. Please read it carefully before enrolling.
1. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
SoLuna Financial Wellness LLC (“SoLuna”) is committed to providing a respectful, constructive learning environment. SoLuna may, at its discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of remaining payment obligations if a participant:
· Engages in disruptive, abusive, harassing, threatening, or disrespectful conduct;
· Repeatedly fails to follow reasonable Program or community guidelines; or
· Materially interferes with the participation, privacy, or experience of other participants or facilitators.
2. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
The Program may include group coaching, community discussions, and other settings in which participants share personal or financial information. You agree to respect the privacy of all participants and to keep their experiences, statements, and personal information confidential.
· Do not disclose another participant's personal, financial, or identifying information outside the Program without that participant's express permission.
· Do not record, screenshot, copy, distribute, or publish group coaching sessions, community discussions, participant posts, or private communications without written authorization.
· All Program materials provided by SoLuna are proprietary and are licensed to you for your individual use only.
· Program materials may not be reproduced, resold, shared, taught, published, distributed, or otherwise used commercially without prior written consent from SoLuna.
You may discuss your own experience and results, but you must keep the experiences and statements of other participants confidential. Your participation is also subject to any applicable SoLuna Privacy Policy and website Terms of Use.
3. PROGRAM CONTENT AND SCOPE
· Master Your Money is a 12-week financial coaching and education program designed to help participants organize their financial lives, understand their financial picture, build practical money systems, strengthen financial protection, develop wealth-building priorities, and create a forward-looking financial roadmap.
· The Program includes educational content, implementation tools, coaching, accountability, and private community access. Specific features, schedules, and delivery methods may be adjusted as reasonably necessary to operate the Program.
· Program education and coaching are intended to support informed decision-making and are not individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, or other regulated professional advice.
· You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to apply Program information to your own circumstances and for seeking qualified professional advice when appropriate.
· SoLuna may correct or update Program materials when errors, omissions, or outdated information are identified.
4. OFFER, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND ACCESS TERMS
· The Program is a fixed 12-week program and does not automatically renew.
· The fee for Master Your Money may be paid in full or through an available payment plan. Current pricing and payment options will be provided on the applicable checkout page during enrollment.
· By selecting a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled charges presented at checkout and agree to make all payments when due. A payment plan is a method of paying the full Program fee; it is not a month-to-month subscription.
· Once enrollment is completed and these Terms are accepted, Program payments are not paused or canceled merely because you change your mind, relocate, experience a schedule change, do not attend live sessions, or do not complete the Program. Any exception is at the sole discretion of SoLuna, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
· Missed live sessions, workshops, coaching calls, or other scheduled Program events do not create a right to a refund, credit, extension, or replacement session unless SoLuna expressly provides otherwise.
· Access to Program materials, community spaces, and support is personal to the enrolled participant and may not be transferred or shared.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Master Your Money provides education, structure, tools, and coaching support. Your financial decisions remain your responsibility. You agree to provide information as accurately as reasonably possible, use your own judgment, ask questions when something is unclear, and obtain specialized professional advice when your circumstances require it.
6. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
· SoLuna makes no guarantees regarding specific financial results or outcomes from participation in the Program.
· Results vary and depend on factors including your individual circumstances, decisions, participation, effort, implementation of Program materials, economic conditions, and other factors beyond the control of SoLuna.
· Examples, case studies, illustrations, or personal experiences shared in the Program are for educational purposes and do not represent a promise that you will achieve the same or similar results.
· To the extent permitted by applicable law, SoLuna shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from participation in or use of the Program.
7. NO LEGAL, TAX, INVESTMENT, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
· Any financial education, coaching, strategies, tools, or information provided through the Program are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to constitute individualized financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or other regulated professional advice.
· SoLuna does not act as your investment adviser, broker, attorney, accountant, tax adviser, insurance agent, or fiduciary through your participation in the Program.
· You are encouraged to consult appropriately qualified professionals regarding your individual circumstances before making financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or estate-planning decisions.
8. TECHNOLOGY AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
The Program may use third-party technology platforms for video, community access, email, scheduling, payment processing, or delivery of materials. SoLuna will make reasonable efforts to provide access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services or internet-based systems.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
SoLuna shall not be responsible for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, public health emergencies, cyber incidents, internet or platform outages, labor disruptions, or similar events. When reasonably possible, SoLuna will make good-faith efforts to resume or provide an alternative method of delivery.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT
SoLuna may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in the Program, business operations, technology, or applicable requirements. Material changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively change payment obligations or other material terms already agreed to by an enrolled participant, except where required by law.
11. ACCEPTANCE
By completing enrollment, purchasing the Program, or checking an acceptance box associated with these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. Electronic acceptance is intended to have the same effect as a written signature.
