Last Updated: August 9, 2026
SoLuna Financial Wellness LLC ("SoLuna," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, communicate with us, book a call, enroll in a program, participate in coaching or community spaces, or otherwise use our services.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect personal information directly from you, automatically when you use our website, and from service providers that support our business. Depending on how you interact with SoLuna, this may include:
· Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address if you choose to provide it.
· Scheduling and enrollment information, such as appointment details, program selections, attendance, and communications about your participation.
· Payment and transaction information. Payment card information is generally collected and processed by our payment processor rather than stored directly by SoLuna. We may receive transaction details such as payment status, amount, date, and limited billing information.
· Information you voluntarily share for coaching or educational purposes, which may include information about income, expenses, debt, savings, financial goals, habits, priorities, and other aspects of your financial life.
· Communications and content you provide, including emails, form responses, survey responses, community posts, testimonials you authorize us to use, and questions submitted for coaching.
· Website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and similar usage data collected through cookies or analytics technologies.
Please do not send SoLuna passwords, account login credentials, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials through ordinary email, community posts, or website forms. SoLuna generally does not need this information to provide financial coaching and education.
2. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use personal information to:
· Provide, administer, personalize, and support SoLuna programs and services, including Master Your Money.
· Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, manage enrollment, provide coaching support, and communicate about your participation.
· Process payments and maintain business and transaction records.
· Send service-related messages, reminders, resources, and other communications you request or that are reasonably related to your relationship with SoLuna.
· Send marketing emails or updates where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message.
· Operate, maintain, secure, analyze, and improve our website, programs, content, and customer experience.
· Prevent misuse, fraud, security incidents, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.
· Comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or recordkeeping obligations and protect the rights, safety, and property of SoLuna and others.
3. FINANCIAL INFORMATION SHARED FOR COACHING
Because SoLuna provides financial coaching and education, you may choose to share information about your personal finances. We use that information to provide coaching, educational support, and tools relevant to the services you request. We do not use coaching information to make lending, credit, insurance, employment, or investment-advisory decisions about you.
SoLuna is not a bank, investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax preparer, law firm, or credit-reporting agency. Information you provide for coaching is handled as confidential business information subject to this Privacy Policy and the confidentiality provisions of any applicable program agreement, but it is not protected by attorney-client, accountant-client, medical, or other professional legal privilege unless applicable law independently provides such protection.
4. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide services, or comply with law, including to:
· Service providers that help us host our website, manage email, deliver community or program content, schedule appointments, host video, process payments, maintain records, analyze website usage, or provide other business technology. Examples of services used or expected to be used in the SoLuna ecosystem include Squarespace, ActiveCampaign, MemberUp, Wistia, scheduling providers, and payment processors.
· Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, or other advisers, when reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.
· Government authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when disclosure is required by law, legal process, or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
· A successor or prospective successor in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, financing, acquisition, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
SoLuna does not sell personal information for money. We also do not disclose personal information for targeted advertising or other purposes in a manner that would require an opt-out right under applicable privacy law unless we first provide the notice and choices required by that law.
5. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND WEBSITE TECHNOLOGIES
Our website and service providers may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to make the website function, remember preferences, understand site traffic and engagement, measure performance, and improve our content and marketing. Some technologies may be controlled by third-party providers and are subject to their own privacy policies.
You can often control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through cookie or consent controls on our website. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
6. EMAIL AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
If you subscribe to emails, request a resource, book a call, or otherwise provide your email address, we may send communications related to that request or relationship. Where permitted, we may also send educational or marketing messages about SoLuna services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the message. We may still send non-marketing communications that are necessary to administer an active account, booking, transaction, or program enrollment.
7. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. We also seek to use reputable service providers and to limit collection and retention of information to what is reasonably needed for legitimate business purposes. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and support legitimate business needs. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law and backup or archival practices.
9. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which can include the right to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of certain information, or information about how your data is used or disclosed. Some laws may also provide rights to opt out of certain types of data processing or to appeal a decision on a privacy request.
To make a privacy request, contact SoLuna using the information in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond as required by applicable law. Certain information may be exempt from a request, including information we must retain for legal, financial, security, fraud-prevention, or other permitted purposes.
10. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
Our website, emails, programs, or community may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. SoLuna does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their privacy or security practices. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party service you use.
11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
